Soul-to-Sisterhood Chapter Four

Krissy’s Story is featured in Chapter Four of the Soul-to-Sisterhood Book. Connect into Krissy’s shared wisdom and meet your Source Self.

This Blog features Soul-to-Sisterhood Sister Goddess, Krissy.

Krissy’s Story is in Chapter Four of the Book and wait until you hear some of her wisdom.

As you read, remember the mission for Soul-to-Sisterhood:

  1. ) You are NEVER Alone.

  2. ) Self Care for Yourself IS Self Care for Your Sisters.

Spending some time with Krissy today and the Themes and Sacred Play Suggestions that her shared authenticity has inspired, know that her strength holds the mirror up for you to witness your own.

“One of the scariest things imaginable has happened to me and I have lived through it. I am still here.”

Loss. It’s scary. The grief. The pain. No one would choose it. For Krissy, it was the loss of a baby. A most excruciating thing to bear.

So often I hear women express their deep wells of grief and sadness and yet, still there seems to be a general reticence to share the depth of our experiences. Thankfully, Krissy’s courage offers us permission to talk about our sadness.

Grief isn’t transformed on a timeline. Big feelings deserve big attention and nobody but us knows how long that is going to take.

Think about it. How do you really feel about feeling sad? I had to sit with this the other day. I was feeling big grief about a situation and during two different conversations, I started to cry. The emotions were intense and my body was not letting me stuff them. I even said out loud both times, “I am not going to apologize for my feelings.” Yet, I still sort of wanted to. I caught myself thinking after the fact that I shouldn’t have cried. Looking underneath that thought, I realized that somewhere deep within me I equate feeling sad to being powerless.

Does this resonate?

If we aren’t taught how to feel our feelings… if we aren’t given a model for acknowledging them, processing them, and integrating them, then we are not going to be able to understand that feeling and being are two totally different things.

Reading Krissy’s story, I am reminded that transformation is a Superpower and we are all sheroes who possess this magick.

“Thinking about my baby and remembering him helps me to see the good that has come out of this situation.”

One of the three Themes inspired by Krissy’s Story is:

  • Finding the Helpers

The painful things we go through during our Earth Walk can harden us. They can leave us feeling alone and isolated… believing the narrative that opening ourselves up is what got us hurt in the first place.

The truth is, when we are hurting we need connection more than ever.

Krissy tells of a Guardian Angel presence that held her through the darkest hours of her time in the hospital. What about you? How have you allowed the helpers into your heart when you needed it?

Maybe there are still some helpers waiting in the wings? How can you continue to soften and let them in?

One of Krissy’s Sacred Play Suggestions is titled, Source’s Story.

In this SPS, we step into our Source Self and retell our story from Source’s Perspective. This level of meta awareness allows us to see and vision the Greatest and Highest Good for all situations. It isn’t easy and it’s not meant to be. Maintaining a Source perspective asks us to release our individual consciousness and step into the Web of Oneness where all is connected and all is Divine.

When we are ready, it is here that we can access our deepest recesses of Inner Knowing. This knowing doesn’t take the pain away, but it can help to make sense of things that seem beyond our human capacities for understanding.

“Day by day, I am listening to my heart and I am teaching my children to do the same.”

There is so much potential within the Soul to Sisterhood book to gently reframe perspectives and find self-acceptance. Reading Krissy’s quotes here is a small piece of her transformational process. Get the book and go through her entire Story. With genuine warmth, Krissy reminds us that we can heal.

All of the 36 Chapters in the book correlate to a Crystal. The ‘medicine’ shared by each Sister connects us to the medicine offered from the Crystalline Realm. Whether you love Crystals or not, you can find a Crystal Love section in S2S that resonates with you. Krissy’s Crystal is Quantum Quattro, a rare stone that is a combination of several other Crystals. This Stone reminds us that - like us - as a whole it is much stronger than the sum of its individual parts.

Breathe into this shared wisdom.

Breathe into your own sacred wisdom.

And remember… you are not alone.

Soul-to-Sisterhood Chapter Three

Liz’s Story is featured in Chapter Three of the Soul-to-Sisterhood book. Sit with her wisdom for a bit and remember, you can be your own Best Friend!

This blog features Soul-to-Sisterhood Sister Goddess, Liz.

Liz’s Story is in Chapter Three of the Book and wait until you hear some of her wisdom!

As you read, remember the mission for Soul-to-Sisterhood:

  1. ) You are NEVER Alone.

  2. ) Self Care for Yourself IS Self Care for Your Sisters.

Spending some time with Liz today and the Themes and Sacred Play Suggestions that her shared authenticity has inspired, know that her strength holds the mirror up for you to witness your own.

“It hasn’t been easy to be honest about this toxic behavior towards myself, when I have done so much ‘self-help’ type of work. So, I’ve started small and shared with a few good friends. In doing this, in trusting those who are trustworthy, I’ve discovered that there is nothing to be embarrassed about.”

Who else’s inner voice could use a tune-up? Think about it, a lot of us don’t treat ourselves so nicely and it’s our ‘best-kept-worst-secret.’

Why aren’t we talking about this more?

Why aren’t we sharing about what is really going on inside of our heads when it comes to how we relate to ourselves? Sometimes I find that when I give words to what I’ve been feeling and sensing, it grounds me. I feel empowered. I can deal with that internal-critic in more open and loving ways versus wanting to hide her in shame. Once I share and the sky doesn’t fall on my head, it’s all out in the open, and I get to decide how to integrate my feelings (with some pats on the back, of course) and release the negative story that created them in the first place.

Win-Win... right?

That is what Soul-to-Sisterhood is all about. We can authentically be ourselves and know that we are not alone. We can authentically be ourselves and continue on our journey of healing, transformation, and growth. We can authentically be ourselves - and just by doing that - we support our Sisters.

“If a critical thought came in I would ask, ‘Could I say this to someone I cared about?’ ”

One of the three Themes inspired by Liz’s Story is:

  • Being Your Own Best Friend

Truth time. How are you stacking up as a best friend for yourself? If your were in a lineup, would you even choose yourself as best friend material? Why or why not?

So, here is the dill pickles… whether you would or you wouldn’t pick yourself is just information. What you do with the information, now that is important. Are you gonna beat yourself up even more? Or are you going to love this side of yourself so deeply that she feels safe enough to quiet down?

I choose option number 2. Let’s be nice to her. This internal critic, she came into being for very good reasons. She was created to keep us safe, but somehow her efforts became misguided, and she began to view staying safe equal to staying small. The smaller we are, the less our light shines, the more our greatness has to fly under the radar. Or so we’ve been led to believe up until now.

No surprise that one of Liz’s Sacred Play Suggestions is titled, BFF Letter.

Try it. Open up to yourself and be really honest about how you are dimming your light. You can do this by writing yourself a letter. You can talk out loud while you are driving. Shoot, put your earbuds in and walk around the grocery store while employing a little empowered elocution. One benefit of so much technology is that we are completely used to seeing people walking and talking to themselves in almost every environment. No one would think twice.

Get clear on why this internal critic is there. See where she has held you back. See where she has tried to keep you safe. Now, let her know she’s been promoted and her new job is to observe… silently. Tell her that you are in charge and it is safe to shine, shine, shine!

“No matter who you are, how strong you are, or what you’ve done… nothing is ever too big or too small to matter to someone.”

When we share with someone we not only receive... we give. That’s right. Think how amazing you feel when someone trusts you enough to open up. Same thing goes when that favor is returned.

Soul-to-Sisterhood is filled with this message. Open up and know that your truth offers healing opportunities beyond your wildest dreams.

Take a look at those stunning stones and call in some perspective. Mookaite can also support us in gaining clarity around things in our lives that are asking to shift. If some insight has come forward around how you treat yourself, sit with it for a sec.

Breathe.

Breathe some more and know:

  • Nothing has to be immediate.

  • Nothing has to be perfect.

  • Nothing has to happen in a vacuum.

Remember… You are NOT alone.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and learn more about Soul-to-Sisterhood while you learn more about yourself.

Soul-to-Sisterhood Chapter Two

Maria’s Story is featured in Chapter Two of the Soul-to-Sisterhood Book. Take a moment and spend sometime here with her. Remember, her strength IS your strength.

Soul to Sisterhood Chapter Two

This Blog features Soul-to-Sisterhood Sister Goddess, Maria.

Maria’s Story is in Chapter Two of the Book and wait until you hear some of her wisdom.

As you read, remember the mission for Soul-to-Sisterhood:

  1. ) You are NEVER Alone.

  2. ) Self Care for Yourself IS Self Care for Your Sisters.

Maria’s Story, featured in Chapter Two, is a potent reminder of this Divine Feminine wisdom.

“Life doesn’t always have to be about restrictions and reactions. This process for me has been about letting go and unlearning behaviors. All of my training has led me to believe that no matter what, I have to do what is for my highest good. I have to walk the talk.”

I know Maria personally and she way-shows this on a consistent basis. Now, if you are reading her words and feeling them outside of yourself… feeling them as if they can be true for someone else, but not for you… feel again!

Feel into her words and ask:

1.) Where am I putting unnecessary restrictions on myself and why?

2.) Where can I let go of what is no longer serving me?

3.) What IS my Highest Good right now in THIS moment? (Keep it simple.)

4.) How can I align with this to ‘walk my talk’?

What came up? Take a minute and gift yourself the opportunity to resonate with your own wisdom. This is your inherent birthright, Sister! Your intuition is talking. Slow down and listen.

“Smile more, be silent more, and trust that we are all just doing our best.”

In the “Making This Story Your Own” part of Maria’s Chapter, she has inspired three themes:

  • Oneness

  • Things Will Always Improve

  • Walking the Talk

What are your thoughts about these themes?

Again, if they feel like - even though you’d like them for yourself - they belong to someone else’s life…

THEY DON’T!

How can you make these things yours? How can you claim them? Can listening to your intuition and letting go of what is no longer is serving you support you in these things? Would feeling connected to all of life be beneficial? Would resonating more with the energy of optimism help you to feel less alone? Would aligning with your Higher Self bring more empowerment and joy?

If there was just the slightest tingle of a tickle in your tummy as you read those questions… maybe, just maybe, integrating some of these things (or integrating them more) into your life is in order.

One of Maria’s five Sacred Play Suggestions is titled: “Get To - Have To” and it invites readers to make a list of all of the stuff we do everyday. This SPS is inspired by one of my teachers, Kaia Ra, creator of “The Sophia Code, A Living Transmission From The Sophia Dragon Tribe,” because in one of our classes, she asked us to create a list of what we feel like we get to do everyday and what we feel like we have to do everyday.

Just writing those two things I can feel the energy difference. Think about it. Sense the energy around what you feel like you have to do versus what you feel like you get to do.

Have To is ugh… blah… and a bunch of pure meh

Get To is free… easy… and bright!

I know which one I’m picking. How about you? How can you transform the energy of the ‘have-tos’ into ‘get-tos’? How can making school lunches be a brag instead of a drag? How can addressing a constant conflict with you partner or spouse become an empowering conversation for renewed intimacy rather than just another old fight about a bunch of sucky stuff?

This is where we get to empower ourselves by shifting our perspective on our perspective.

Think of your lists. How can some ‘have-tos’ begin to claim some real estate in the ‘get-to’ column?

It really is up to us.

I know a statement like that can seem ridiculously (and deceptively) simple for these big responsibilities that feel crushing. But just try it. Try to find the gifts that are there for us within every interaction of every day. This is the optimism energy that Maira so lovingly shares in her story.

“If there is a problem and there is nothing you can do, don’t worry about it. If there is a problem and you can do something, don’t worry about that either, because you will do what needs to be done.”

Maria’s ‘Crystal Love’ is Rainbow Fluorite. If her Themes and Sacred Play Suggestions get your juices flowing, just wait until you dance with this Stone. This Crystal’s gifts are plentiful and if optimism, perspective, and connection are what you are jonesin’ for… look no further.

Take a second right now and process all that has come up for you as you’ve read this blog. What messages, guidance, and wisdom has come forward from you and for you? That’s right, Sister… This good stuff that is flowing isn’t coming from an outside Source… it is coming from your Inner Source.

If more of this feels like a fit, know that more is available.

Soul-to-Sisterhood Chapter One

Check out this latest blog post featuring Chapter One of the ‘Soul-to-Sisterhood’ Book.

‘Let’s start at the very beginning… It’s a very good place to start.’

- Rodgers and Hammerstein, “The Sound of Music.”

I coudnt’t agree more. Lynn is Chapter One in the Soul-to-Sisterhood Book and she is a great introduction to the work. As you may already know, the Soul-to-Sisterhood book has 36 Chapters and each Chapter features a woman and her story. Each of these amazing ladies are empowering powerhouses of love, life, and transformation… and they hold the mirror up for all of us to see what amazing, empowering powerhouses of love, life, and transformation WE are.

That is right. The missions for this work are:

1.) You are Never Alone.

2.) Self-Care for Yourself IS Self-Care for your Sisters.

For this Blog Post, we will focus on Lynn’s Chapter and all of the ‘medicine’ she has inspired with the correlating Themes and Sacred Play Suggestions.

Reading her story is a testament to strength, vitality, and courage. I know Lynn personally and she embodies all of these qualities and many, many more in her daily life. However, hearing where she has come from and connecting that to her life now… now THAT is an inspiration!

“ I started to realize that I was worth something and that I could forgive while also setting boundaries of what I knew I needed and deserved.”

How many of us are somewhere on this journey of realizing our worth and stepping into forgiveness, while also learning how to create boundaries? Count me in, Sister, because I am right there with you.

Through this courageous transparency, Lynn’s story offers readers so much more for personal exploration. Because the book is created to be used like a journal, readers are asked to write, draw, and process directly on the page. Think about it, what is coming up for you right now? Take a moment and journal for a bit. See what comes out.

One of Lynn’s three Themes inspired by her story is: Expectations and Resentments.

Phew, what loaded words, right? And they can get so deeply entwined within our consciousness.

A few of the self-reflective questions around this theme are:

  • How are your expectations different today than they were five years ago?

  • If they are different, can you explain why?

So what is new in the land of expectation for you? What can be released? What can be revised?

“My addiction is really my blessing. Today, my business and my life reflect this.”

One of Lynn’s five Sacred Play Suggestions is based on Olivier Clerc’s work and is titled (like Clerc’s book), The Gift of Forgiveness. This Sacred Play Suggestion asks you to release the resentments created by waiting around for those who have wronged you to apologize. How are those resentments released? By entering into the deep inner landscape of your heart - and through meditative visualization - apologizing to them.

I know!

What the HE*L!!!

Mind blown.

Apologize to THEM?

No way!

Yep… yes way… that is exactly what this Sacred Play Suggestion is all about.

When we wait around for an “I’m sorry”… who holds our power? It definitely ain’t us…

When we take the initiative and release - through the power, or gift, of forgiveness - we take our power back.

Maybe take a minute and journal on that….

All of this is wrapped into every Chapter of the Soul-to-Sisterhood book. Themes, Sacred Play Suggestions, Stories… even some Crystal Love!

Lynn’s Crystal is Pink Tourmaline, and this stone is a heart healer extraordinaire - for sure!

And stay tuned. If you like what you see, the book is available for purchase here.

Full Moon = Full Rebirth

Come and Dance in the Full Light of our Mother Moon

When the Moon is Full, we know it. We feel it. Our minds may be focused on other things, but our hearts and Souls always feel Her. We feel her throughout every moment of every day because our connection to her is cellular and timeless.

Take a moment right now, and with your hand on your heart, connect into Mother Moon. Since her Full Phase is most familiar to us, see her full, pregnant belly, awash with light, illuminating the path so that you may dance in your complete authenticity.

Feels good, doesn’t it?

No holding back. No questions. No need for explanations or apologies.

Just you being your glorious self, lit by the light of the Moon.

Now think about the Moon Sisterhood. This is the energy of every woman who has ever lived and looked up at Her. This is the legacy of every woman who has walked Mother Earth before us, who walks with us, and who will walk after us. Pause for a moment, and imagine that profound connection to every woman throughout all time and space. Feel the Mother-love, the Sisterhood, and the dynamic empowerment of our Blood and Birth magick.

Sometimes a simple reset into these Feminine Energies is enough to help us feel rejuvenated. To remember our herstory is to remember a Divine Heritage of women supporting women throughout the ages and that system of care includes the love we receive from Mother Earth and Mother Moon. What would it look like right now for you to stop what you are doing and return that love?

Try it. Send love back through the bloodline of your ancestors. Now send it forward to all those who will come after you. Send it up into the Heart Space of Mother Moon. Send it down into the Central Womb of Mother Earth. How does that feel?

The rebirth opportunities of our Full Mother Moon are ours and all we have to do is tune-in and turn-on to these parts of our consciousness.

Mother Moon connects to us in so many ways. Her Lunar Phases correlate with the Phases of our Menstrual Cycle. These both correlate with the four Archetypes of Womanhood: Crone, Maiden, Mother, and Enchantress. And all of this connects to and dances with the Seasonal Cycle of Mother Earth.

Is it any wonder that we are so naturally inclined to feel with the cosmos?

Thinking of ourselves in this dynamic way, can we collectively reclaim the narrative around our beautiful and powerful - not to mention WISE - intuition?

Ladies- this is our birthright! This is why we feel a drumbeat in our bellies. This is why we can’t stop ourselves from wanting to dance around a bonfire. This is why we want to sing and dance together… to create and birth together… to weep and rage as one. This is what makes us want to HOWL at injustice, to parent our children from instinct, and to stand firmly rooted in the sovereign knowing of our empowerment. Our Souls and our cells remember this Oracular Medicine Woman lineage.

Our Full Mother Moon reminds us of all of this and she does it in a way that is nourishing, gentle, and compassionate. We are protected under her gaze, and although the release through the rebirth may feel intense, she reminds us that we are never alone. She invites us in to look at how we can create, collaborate, and commune with ourselves… and that means ALL of ourselves. She says, “I see your Shadow and I see your Light… and I honor them both equally as part of YOU.”

Feel her complete acceptance and let those ethers tendril down to hold your heart as you, too, cycle through the never ending birth, life, death, and renewal process.

You are Enough, Sister. You are the I AM. You are You. You are Me. I am You. And We are We.

We are never alone because: We are One.

Love you!

Love,

-jamie

So... What is Divine Mommy?

Find out What Divine Mommy is and if it’s right for you.

Great Question!

Is Divine Mommy is an organization? Kind of…

Is Divine Mommy is a Movement? Yeah, that sounds good…

Is Divine Mommy a Goddess Group? That feels like we’re getting closer…

What feels even more like a fit is: Divine Mommy is a way of life.

I mean, of course it is for me because I started the whole thing. But really, Divine Mommy is a way of being. It’s a way of relating to ourselves with unconditional amounts of compassion and love. It’s a consistent choice to regard the whole world around us and within us as utterly and completely Divine. Living this way isn’t always synonymous with the ‘easy’ path, but it is always, always a path filled with self-awareness, self forgiveness, self-acceptance, and self-understanding.

Divine Mommy is about intuition and empowerment. This work dives deeply into a resonance with and a respect for our cyclical and psychic wisdom. It’s also about cultivating a deep, profound connection to Mother Earth, Mother Moon, our Inner Wisdom, and our Inner Knowing.

Divine Mommy is Sisterhood.

Divine Mommy is Magick!

A Divine Mommy way of being is a living embodiment of the Divine Feminine. A living embodiment that also embraces the inherent energies found within the Sacred Union of the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine.

Now… all of what I wrote above can sound pretty serious and in need of a lot of mental clarity, not to mention energy and stamina. Don’t worry! I’ve got it covered. Really, this work is easy-peezy because the knowing is already within us. Our souls remember everything and this collective wisdom of our Inner Goddess is right below the surface our of consciousness. All we have to do is re-remember… together… while engaging in playful, pleasurable connection.

Seriously, Sister. Get in touch.

If Crystals, Cards, Oils, Candles, Moon Water, Goddesses, and Chakras get your Higher Self’s engines revving, this work is for you.

If transformation through releasing what is no longer serving you, eradicating the wounding patterns of the past, and recreating high vibe belief systems based in personal sovereignty and personal peace is your thing, this work is for you.

Give a read to the following testimonial from a Divine Mommy University 101 Sister:

“In a world of deadlines, playdates, and digital demigods, I found Divine Mommy to be my sanctuary. It was my place to go within, to refill my cup while also empowering me to hold space for my fellow sisters. A year ago, when I started Divine Mommy University, I had no idea as to what I was walking into. If I had known, I probable would have sprinted in the door, rather than tippy toeing. Each week, my heart was ripped open and sealed back together with the golden light of love and acceptance for myself - which is something I’ve never had before. Wounds were healed and strengths were solidified. The sisters I have met in this group have come from all walks of life. I know that I can all on any one of them to hold me when I am weak and to celebrate me when I am strong. And I love that I get to do the same for them! For this, I am forever grateful. This past year has been one of the hardest and most gratifying both personally and professionally . I have no doubt that without Divine Mommy, I would not have thrived. Today, I am still thriving and I know I will continue to do so.”

How does all of this come together as an offering to be shared with you?

It comes together through the Divine Mommy Groups, the one-on-one sessions I offer to individual clients, couples, and small groups, and the ‘Soul to Sisterhood’ book.

My way of doing things may not be exactly aligned with your way. That’s OK! I believe this is just a wonderful gift of our uniqueness. Yet, together, I have faith that we will find a way to step into an energy of empowered transformation. And that is an energy of the Greatest and Highest Good for you, for me, and for all living things.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. If you’d like, you can head to the ‘offerings’ page of the website and learn more about the Divine Mommy Part 1 and 2 Curriculum as well the Divine Mommy University Curriculum. If something interests you, let me know. Or perhaps you’d like to co-create a way of working together. I’m up for that, too.

More Group work will be offered soon. Be sure to follow Divine Mommy on Facebook (facebook.com/divinemommy) and Instagram (@divine.mommy) for updates.

If you would like to chat about what the individual work might look and feel like, drop me an email.

And, if you are interested in learning more about the book, head on over to www.soul-to-sisterhood.com.

With intentions for peace, love and bliss….

Namaste Sisters.

Love,
